Yoga for Your Back
This class is especially for folks who want to use yoga to manage or eliminate back pain. We will focus on a series of spinal release poses to incorporate into a daily home practice. People with neck, knee or shoulder pain will also benefit from this practice, as will people who have done yoga before, but are wanting extra support to stick to a home practice. Class size is limited to 8 people. Class fee includes a home practice DVD.

Experi-enced students deepen their practice with pose variations, and adjustments. Each class works through 6-12 themes during the course of the year. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, but students with significant health challenges should contact the instructor prior to attending. The drop-in fee for all mixed-level classes is $15.
