We offer both in-person and Zoom classes to meet you at your comfort level! ​

• All students are welcome in our in-person classes, regardless of vaccination status. 
• Masks are always welcome, and are required when community transmission is medium or high, according to the most recent CDC map. To find out what our current county transmission level is, visit www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/covid-by-county.html
• We practice with the windows open for ventilation or with heavy-duty air filters which remove particles the size of the virus that causes Covid-19 and smaller.
