"Ends are not bad things, they just mean that something else is about to begin. And there are many things that don't really end, anyway, they just begin again in a new way. Ends are not bad and many ends aren't even an ending: some things are never ending." - C. Joybell C.
We will be closing our doors and wrapping up our time as Northern Light Yoga this coming Sunday, October 30. If you want to catch a class before we close or join us remotely for our closing ceremony, follow the "Final Classes and Closing" link at the left to get in touch or register.
A Note of Thanks:
Our 12 1/2 years here at Northern Light Yoga have been a wonderful, miraculous blessing. I know I speak for all the teachers we have had over the years when I say that teaching Svaroopa®
Yoga is a great privilege. We have been incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to share what we have learned and practice with such dedicated, earnest and loving people. Your support through the years has made it all possible, and I will be forever grateful. Though our time together in this way may be at a close, our connections are ongoing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Sincerely,
Rebecca

In-person Svaroopa® yoga classes will continue in Ogdensburg with Mari at Maple City Yoga, mari@maplecityyoga.com, and in Canton with Samantha at sglazier@stlawu.edu. Samantha will also be available for Embodyment® therapy sessions. Lorelei Murdie can be reached at loreleimurdie@icloud.com for inquiries about yoga classes in Colton.
