Deep Relaxation Sessions (Yoga Nidra and More)
We will use the magic of the Zoom platform to enjoy the shavasana and Guided Awareness that you have come to know and love, virtually. Rebecca will help you set yourself up with whatever props you have at home and then guide you through a restorative sequence designed to take you into the experience of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is an inner immersion that is often described as the transition between sleep and wakefulness. In reality, it is a restorative form of consciousness that substitutes for sleep and facilitates deep healing and replenishment. Sound good right about now?
