Join us for a weekend dive into yoga and meditation from the comfort of your own home. We start on Friday evening with a restorative practice that helps you unwind after the long work week. Saturday's early morning practice helps you get started on your weekend with a more active practice, plus mantra repetition and meditation. Saturday's afternoon practice will help you unravel any tensions associated with the work or exercise of the day. On Sunday, we will wrap it all up with a yoga and meditation practice that gets you centered for the coming week.

Perhaps you practiced Svaroopa® Yoga before the pandemic. Perhaps you have wanted to try yoga online but wanted more support to get started. Perhaps you have sampled online offerings and not yet found what you are looking for. If any of those things are true for you or you just want to try something new, join us for a FREE class, so you can sample the Svaroopa® difference. We will help get set up with props, no matter what you have at home, and walk you through the mechanics of using our easy PunchPass system. If you choose, you will be well-prepared to jump into any of our ongoing classes.
