The Power of Pranayama
In this FREE one hour program, we will explore the power of a breathing practice to soothe your central nervous system and transport you to greater states of clarity, peace, vitality and focus.
The two programs are designed to stand alone, so you can attend one without the other, but the lesson plans are slightly different, so you can attend both to deepen your practice. This class will combine experiential learning with presentation and discussion.
