Offered in our most flexible format ever. Attend in-person or remotely, or mix and match over the course of the weekend. Attend a single class or all four, or any number in between. You get to customize your experience so that you get the most from your mini-retreat.
Retreat Overview
The transition from winter to spring has always brought with it some characteristic energies: increased lightness of being, renewed energy, and new dreams for the future. We clean our houses. We move our bodies more. We start our gardens. We pause to feel the sunshine on our faces. However, this year, many of us are carrying extra heaviness as we leave winter behind. Exhaustion, fear, grief, anxiety- the last two years have been especially hard on us. As we begin to open up in new ways, there is a lot to release. This retreat is composed of four classes that work together to support the energies of clearing on the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual levels. Whether your goal is to declutter your home, get back to more vigorous outdoor activity or figure out what to do with your life, this retreat will give you the tools and support necessary to navigate the journey.
Each class has a slightly different format. All include some asana (or posture practice). The use of shavasana, breathing practice, vichara (or yogic self-inquiry), mantra, and meditation varies from class to class, depending on the emphasis.
Retreat Format:
Class #1- Intention and Focus
